Conditions

Introduction

The Policy on Communication and Notification delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for communication and notification that are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to The Ikoku Center. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

Your Policy Agreements

Section 8.1.0. First, with respect to the Communication and Notification Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.1.1. Policy, Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Communication and Notification of The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics” (the “Communication and Notification Policy,” the “Communication Policy,” and the “Notification Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on communication and notification of The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics;
8.1.2. Policy, Composition
that the Communication and Notification Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for communication and notification in the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and The Ikoku Center Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below;
8.1.3. Policy, Agreement
that you understand the Communication and Notification Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Center;
8.1.4. Policy, Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Communication and Notification Policy;
8.1.5. Policy, Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Communication and Notification Policy;
8.1.6. Policy, Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Communication and Notification Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Center;
8.1.7. Policy, Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Communication and Notification Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
8.1.8. Policy, Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Communication and Notification Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
8.1.9. Policy, Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Communication and Notification Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

Your Policy Understandings

Section 8.2.0. Second, with respect to your understandings of the Communication and Notification Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

8.2.1. Policy Understandings
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by applicable understandings of communication and notification as they are normally operative and reasonably interpreted in law, policy, and society;
8.2.1.1. Policy Understandings, A
the above including such understandings of communication protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to reasonable dissemination, distribution, messaging, publication, and transmission regarding appropriate information;
8.2.1.2. Policy Understandings, B
the above including such understandings of notification protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to reasonable alerting, disclosure, reporting, transparency, and updating regarding appropriate information;
8.2.2. Policy Understandings, Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of communication and notification conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
8.2.3. Policy Understandings, Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of communication and notification definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
8.2.4. Policy Understandings, Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of communication and notification practices as they are defined and provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
8.2.5. Policy Understandings, Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of communication and notification principles as they are defined and provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
8.2.6. Policy Understandings, Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of communication and notification processes as they are defined and provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
8.2.7. Policy Understandings, Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of communication and notification rights as they are defined and provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
8.2.8. Policy Understandings, Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of communication and notification safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
8.2.9. Policy Understandings, Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of communication and notification breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

Your Policy Commitments

Section 8.3.0. Third, with respect to your commitments to the Communication and Notification Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.3.1. Policy Commitments, Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Center that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any infringement of the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of communication and notification, the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
8.3.2. Policy Commitments, Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Center the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of communication and notification conditions, including as provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
8.3.3. Policy Commitments, Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Center the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of communication and notification definitions, including as provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
8.3.4. Policy Commitments, Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Center the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of communication and notification principles, including as provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
8.3.5. Policy Commitments, Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Center the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of communication and notification processes, including as provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
8.3.6. Policy Commitments, Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Center the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of communication and notification rights, including as provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
8.3.7. Policy Commitments, Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Center the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of communication and notification safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
8.3.8. Policy Commitments, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Communication and Notification Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the aforementioned commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to communication and notification; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Center’s own duties pertaining to communication and notification, communication and notification conditions, communication and notification definitions, communication and notification principles, communication and notification processes, communication and notification rights, and communication and notification safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Communication and Notification Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
8.3.9. Policy Commitments, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Communication and Notification Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce communication and notification protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in communication and notification that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Communication and Notification requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Communication

Conditions for Communication

Section 8.5.0. With respect to conditions for communication, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.5.1. Communication Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for communication;
8.5.2. Communication Conditions, Administration
that the communication of The Ikoku Center and provisions attendant to such communication — as administered solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.5.3. Communication Conditions, Areas
that communication in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Center — and attendant principles and provisions for such communication — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.5.4. Communication Conditions, Founder
that communication for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such communication — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.5.5. Communication Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring communication at The Ikoku Center, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.5.6. Communication Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to communication at The Ikoku Center — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.5.7. Communication Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for communication at The Ikoku Center are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Communication

Section 8.6.0. With respect to duties for communication, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.6.1. Communication Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for communication;
8.6.2. Communication Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of an act or activity of The Ikoku Center;
8.6.3. Communication Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Center;
8.6.4. Communication Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of an arrangement of The Ikoku Center;
8.6.5. Communication Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Center;
8.6.6. Communication Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics, including as a communicating organization and as an entity of communicating administration;
8.6.7. Communication Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to communication at The Ikoku Center that is meaningful and reasonable;
8.6.8. Communication Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of a material of The Ikoku Center;
8.6.9. Communication Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of a matter of The Ikoku Center;
8.6.10. Communication Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Center;
8.6.11. Communication Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the communication of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Center;
8.6.12. Communication Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to communication at The Ikoku Center that is meaningful and reasonable;
8.6.13. Communication Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for communication is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of communication, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Communication

Section 8.7.0. With respect to rights for communication, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.7.1. Communication Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for communication;
8.7.2. Communication Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for communication accorded to persons at The Ikoku Center by their applicable state or territorial governments;
8.7.3. Communication Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for communication accorded to persons at The Ikoku Center by applicable law and regulation;
8.7.4. Communication Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for communication of The Ikoku Center, including rights of communication accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics, as a communicating organization and entity of communicating administration, via the Codes and Policies;
8.7.5. Communication Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, human and natural rights for communication accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Center via the Codes and Policies;
8.7.6. Communication Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for communication is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of communication, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Communication

Section 8.8.0. With respect to rights for communication, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.8.1. Communication Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for communication;
8.8.2. Communication Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of an act or activity of The Ikoku Center;
8.8.3. Communication Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Center;
8.8.4. Communication Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of an arrangement of The Ikoku Center;
8.8.5. Communication Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Center;
8.8.6. Communication Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics, including as a communicating organization and as an entity of communicating administration;
8.8.7. Communication Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard communication at The Ikoku Center that is meaningful and reasonable;
8.8.8. Communication Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of a material of The Ikoku Center;
8.8.9. Communication Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of a matter of The Ikoku Center;
8.8.10. Communication Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Center;
8.8.11. Communication Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the communication of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Center;
8.8.12. Communication Safeguards, Request
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard communication at The Ikoku Center that is meaningful and reasonable;
8.8.13. Communication Safeguards, Rights
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for communication, including rights to such safeguards;
8.8.14. Communication Safeguards, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for communication is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of communication, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Notification

Conditions for Notification

Section 8.9.0. With respect to conditions for notification, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.9.1. Notification Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for notification;
8.9.2. Notification Conditions, Administration
that the notification of The Ikoku Center and provisions attendant to such notification — as conducted solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.9.3. Notification Conditions, Areas
that notification in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Center — and attendant principles and provisions for such notification — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.9.4. Notification Conditions, Founder
that notification for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such notification — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.9.5. Notification Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring notification at The Ikoku Center, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.9.6. Notification Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to notification at The Ikoku Center — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
8.9.7. Notification Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for notification at The Ikoku Center are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Notification

Section 8.10.0. With respect to duties of notification, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.10.1. Notification Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for notification;
8.10.2. Notification Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of an act or activity of The Ikoku Center;
8.10.3. Notification Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Center;
8.10.4. Notification Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of an arrangement of The Ikoku Center;
8.10.5. Notification Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Center;
8.10.6. Notification Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics, including as a notifying organization and as an entity of notifying administration;
8.10.7. Notification Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to notification at The Ikoku Center that is meaningful and reasonable;
8.10.8. Notification Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of a material of The Ikoku Center;
8.10.9. Notification Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of a matter of The Ikoku Center;
8.10.10. Notification Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Center;
8.10.11. Notification Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the notification of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Center;
8.10.12. Notification Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to notification at The Ikoku Center that is meaningful and reasonable;
8.10.13. Notification Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for notification is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of notification, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Notification

Section 8.11.0. With respect to rights for notification, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.11.1. Notification Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for notification;
8.11.2. Notification Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for notification accorded to persons at The Ikoku Center by their applicable state or territorial governments;
8.11.3. Notification Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for notification accorded to persons at The Ikoku Center by applicable law and regulation;
8.11.4. Notification Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for notification of The Ikoku Center, including rights of notification accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics, as a notifying organization and entity of notifying administration, via the Codes and Policies;
8.11.5. Notification Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, human and natural rights for notification accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Center via the Codes and Policies;
8.11.6. Notification Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for notification is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of notification, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Notification

Section 8.12.0. With respect to safeguards for notification, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

8.12.1. Notification Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for notification;
8.12.2. Notification Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of an act or activity of The Ikoku Center;
8.12.3. Notification Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Center;
8.12.4. Notification Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of an arrangement of The Ikoku Center;
8.12.5. Notification Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Center;
8.12.6. Notification Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of The Alvan Ikoku Center for Ethics, including as a notifying organization and as an entity of notifying administration;
8.12.7. Notification Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard notification at The Ikoku Center that is meaningful and reasonable;
8.12.8. Notification Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of a material of The Ikoku Center;
8.12.9. Notification Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of a matter of The Ikoku Center;
8.12.10. Notification Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Center;
8.12.11. Notification Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the notification of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Center;
8.12.12. Notification Safeguards, Request
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard notification at The Ikoku Center that is meaningful and reasonable;
8.12.13. Notification Safeguards, Rights
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for notification, including rights to such safeguards;
8.12.14. Notification Safeguards, Understanding

that The Ikoku Center protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to communication and notification resulting from counterfeit, deception, fraud, hacking, identity theft, misrepresentation, phishing, piracy, or equivalent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
8.16.2. Protections, Non-Consent
that The Ikoku Center protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to communication and notification resulting from inadequacy, insufficiency, or other infringement of consent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
8.16.3. Protections, Non-Provision
that The Ikoku Center protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to communication and notification resulting from non-provision of required and standard communication or notification administration, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
