iii. Agreement: Governing
that the Codes and Policies and Agreement are to be adhered to by you when relating to The Ikoku Center, and are to govern all your conduct and service — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — relating to The Ikoku Center, in any way, either directly or indirectly, via any manner, means, method, or mode.

vi. Agreement: Binding, Valid
that via entering into the Agreement as described above, you are also thus indicating that you understand the Codes and Policies, that you intend them to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, equally binding, and that you accept the Codes and Policies and agree to be legally bound by them (your “Agreement”).
vii. Agreement: For Organization
that whenever you commence or continue any of the aforementioned conduct or service for or on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to the Agreement on behalf of that organization, and represent and warrant that you can do so.
viii. Non-Agreement: Not Commence, Continue
that you will not commence or continue any of the aforementioned conduct or service, in any way, either directly or indirectly, via any manner, means, method, or mode, if you do not agree to all of the Codes and Policies or if your jurisdiction will not honor them.
